Students Hub is an interactive student community platform that provides tools and resources for university students, including but not limited to: GPA calculators, schedule generators, course resources, professor ratings, community resource sharing, student housing listings, workshop discovery, career assessment tools, and academic advisory plans. The platform is available in Arabic and English.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.
4. User-Generated Content
Our platform allows you to submit content including course reviews, professor ratings, community resources, housing listings, and other materials. By submitting content, you:
- Retain ownership of your original content
- Grant Students Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform
- Represent that your content is accurate, does not violate any third-party rights, and complies with applicable laws
- Agree not to submit content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we determine to be harmful to the community.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Upload malicious software or content
6. Intellectual Property
The Students Hub platform, including its design, features, content (excluding user-generated content), logos, and trademarks, is the property of Students Hub and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without our explicit written consent.

Our platform uses third-party services including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google AdSense, and Google OAuth. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services. Additionally, we may display third-party advertisements through Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of such advertisements.
8. Advertising
Students Hub may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense and other advertising partners. These advertisements may use cookies and similar technologies to serve relevant ads based on your browsing behavior. By using our platform, you acknowledge the presence of such advertisements. Revenue from advertising helps us maintain and improve the platform for all users.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Academic information, GPA calculations, and schedule suggestions are provided as tools and should not be considered as official academic advice. Always verify information with your university.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Students Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, academic decisions made based on platform information, or interruption of service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through the appropriate legal channels.
