1. Our Commitment

Students Hub is a platform for students to share study materials they created themselves — notes, summaries, and study guides. We respect the intellectual property rights of instructors, universities, publishers, and authors, and we do not permit the distribution of copyrighted material without authorization.

2. What Is Not Allowed

The following content is prohibited on Students Hub: - Instructors' lecture slides or teaching materials uploaded without their permission - Textbook chapters, solution manuals, or other published works - Exam papers or assessment materials distributed without authorization - Any material that facilitates academic dishonesty - Any other content you do not own or have rights to share

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a rights holder (or authorized to act on their behalf) and believe content on Students Hub infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to [email protected] including: - The URL of the infringing content on students-hub.com - Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed - Your name, organization, and contact information - A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder - A statement that the information in your notice is accurate We review takedown notices promptly and remove verified infringing content.

4. Counter-Notices

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake (for example, the material is your own original work), reply to the takedown notification at [email protected] with an explanation and any supporting evidence. We will review and restore content removed in error.

5. Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material are permanently terminated. Uploaders confirm at upload time that they created the material themselves or hold the rights to share it.
