The Cybersecurity Engineering program at the Arab American University of Palestine is closely integrated with Computer Engineering, combining fundamental and advanced concepts from both domains. It aims to prepare graduates for interdisciplinary careers in both industry and academia with a strong focus on cybersecurity. Students will be able to devise innovative solutions, demonstrate ethical leadership, and continue to grow their knowledge through lifelong learning opportunities. The program equips students with the ability to identify and solve complex cybersecurity problems, apply secure engineering principles, communicate effectively, and work in teams. Training also emphasizes understanding theoretical foundations, developing secure software/hardware systems, managing cyber threats and incidents, and integrating AI into cybersecurity practices.
